Research and Professional Interests
Dr. Rosenblatt's research focuses on cancer epidemiology with an emphasis on the etiology of gynecologic
neoplasms. Exposures investigated include contraceptives, mineral fibers and talc, reproductive characteristics,
family history of cancer, marijuana use, number of sexual partners, human papilomaviruses 16 and 18, ionizing radiation,
and electromagnetic field exposures. Present investigations include the relationship between contraceptives and cancer
and the role of denser mammographic patterns in the etiology of female breast cancer.
